i found the staff very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions. the hotel has a very convenient location close to many attractions. the room included nice amenities, such as a coffee machine and mini fridge. also, i appreciated the daily housekeeping service and regular towel changes.
i noticed that the elevators sometimes had a little wait During peak hours.

The room included complimentary coffee and water which was useful. The location is near Grand Central Subway. The staff was cordial and helpful . I found the shower to be very good with consistent hot water.
The room had limited view. It overlooked the back of other buildings.

empty minibar brick wall view
the minibar was empty upon arrival. i mean, what is the point of even having one? it reminded me of a sad, empty promise. also, the promised city views were more like a view of the next building's brick wall. perhaps i was expecting too much or maybe my sarcasm is rising.
